I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents since they don't have Google -if they could give more than 5 stars, they would! They recently came from overseas (military family) so it was tough adjusting, but Frederic made them feel very comfortable and was with them every step of the way. They were able to find a house at a great price against the market. I remember them calling me excited once they found it! Thanks from me and my parents, Frederic, for making the process so smooth from start to finish!

By far one of the agents I've worked with. I've consulted with quite a few realtors but Frederic's experience makes him a standout. Frederic is very helpful and personable. With his comprehensive knowledge and advice I was able to buy my first home. He also managed to help me get a great price and interest rate. Federico is a trustworthy realtor agent that will be there for you from the beginning and all the way to your closing date on your new home. He gives good advises on how to purchase a house and will always keep you updated. He is very knowledgeable about houses and will tell you straight out if there’s something wrong with the house. Overall his great realtor agent!!!!

As a first time buyer, i was amazed with Frederic' s level of professionalism and efficiency. Specially when i found out that he just had gotten his realtor licence and being one of his first client. At anytime of the day when we find something that we like he was always ready to show up and arrange a showing in the middle of the pandemic. From what i experience Frederic value his clients needs and most importantly the relationship that's been established. After closing the house he didn't stop checking up on me and my family to make sure we do our due diligence by making sure we did our part regarding paperwork and all the things that needs to be taken care of. He up to now still once in a while updates me on housing market even we closed back in May 2021. He will 100% highly recommend him to any family, friends and coworkers because i know they will be satisfied as me. Thanks Carson for making our American dream a really.
