G.P. Doheny

G.P., or Buck, draws from many years of experience and holds the GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute), one of the most prestigious realtor designations. He has logged many hours studying every aspect of local real estate which gives me the ability to provide you with a detailed Market Analysis on your home or determine a home value for you. He graduated from St. Cloud State University.

Buck has sold over $25 million of real estate and has helped many people buy their first home in addition to helping repeat buyers’ market and sells their residence and find a new home. He worked with many investors to help them find a suitable investment property to either rent or fix up and sell.

He grew up in South Minneapolis and currently lives there. His work in construction during high school and college helped fuel a passion for real estate as well as a solid background in the field.

He has helped several people sell their home that were unsuccessful doing so with other realtors. He has also helped many people sell their home that started out as for sale by owner and weren't able to do it themselves. He pays for professional photography and staging to help sell your listing. With an aggressive marketing program, and strong internet presence, your home will stand out above the crowd.

He is one of the few agents in the state in the “Homes for Hero’s” program. This is a great program that rewards community service by giving discounts to home sellers and a check at closing to home buyers. Police, firefighters, medical personal, teachers and veterans are eligible.
