Gabi Spreitzhofer

Born and raised in Austria, Gabi graduated from business school and worked in the banking industry as a loan officer for 7 years. She moved to Austin in 2005 and began working as a banker in the finance world at a well-known credit union. In 2008, she decided to enter the world of Residential Real Estate, where she has been happy ever since.

Gabi has lived in Austin for over a decade. Being a homeowner herself, she fully understands the market conditions here in Central Texas and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her clients. Gabi's background in banking makes her a natural fit for understanding and interpreting numbers and statistics. This can help buyers, sellers, and investors make good financial decisions based on their own circumstances. She is good at "hand-holding" with first-time homebuyers or sellers, yet is sophisticated enough to facilitate a complicated transaction for those with a great deal of real estate experience. She stays active by exercising on aerial apparatus like lyra hoop and trapeze, and practicing yoga. Gabi is proud to call Austin home!
