Gabe was such a pleasure to work with and we are so happy with our first home! He struck the perfect balance between the professional expert while being approachable and easy to talk to. We were moving in from Northern California, so we were nervous about the process of looking at properties. He was easy to communicate with, we connected via video conference so he could "tour us," and he never missed a spot. Even areas I would have missed, he covered it all! Checked all the closet spaces, nooks, even told us how the sound was if it was on a busier street! He was truly our eyes and ears, and it never felt like we were missing anything. One thing to add, he had ruptured his achilles during this time, and STILL toured us on crutches. We never felt a break in process. Even when escrowed closed, he continued to help us, being our proxy when we weren't quite there yet physically (ie meeting with a contractor to get an estimate) He really went above and beyond, and we could tell he truly cares about his clients. We are grateful to all his help. Thanks Gabe!

Gabe started helping me a few years ago when I thought I was ready to purchase my first home. With life changes and me just not feeling ready, Gabe was always so understanding and patient. Finally my husband and I were ready, but the pandemic had just started- it was a seller’s market.
