As a Multifamily Investment Specialist, Gabriel exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the country with a concentration in the Bay Area. With more than 15 years of combined experience in the real estate industry and over 150 successfully closed investment real estate transactions valued over $450 million, The R&Z Group has established itself as the leading Bay Area apartment brokerage team. Born and raised in San Francisco, Gabriel developed a passion for people and real estate throughout the Bay Area. A graduate from St. Ignatius College Prep in 2010, Gabriel went on to play collegiate football at University of California, Davis, where he walked on the football team and earned an athletic scholarship. Gabriel graduated from UC Davis in 2015 with a degree in Economics. A humble yet fierce competitor, Gabriel takes pride in delivering unmatched investment services for his clients.
