Gabrielle represented us on the sale of our condo. When it appeared that our tenant was interested in buying the unit, Gabrielle transitioned to being a dual representative. She was fair, respectful and straightforward, explaining the process throughout. She was responsive with our many questions and especially when the pandemic became a huge cause for concern. It became clear to us that experience has no substitute. She calmed our fears with reassurances drawn from strong industry knowledge. We closed on the sale in a time of unprecedented impacts on the economy and specifically the real estate market. We cannot thank our lucky stars enough that we chose Gabrielle to represent us.

I accessed Gabrielle through Upnest, a system that promotes multiple realtor evaluation and commission negotiation. Gabrielle offered by far the best rate, which was great, but also provided the service as I needed. Many promised me numerous details for much higher rates. Gabrielle was clear in how she would operate and what was realistic in the market. She had beautiful pictures taken, listed my condo on numerous sites and kept in touch throughout the tedious closing process. You can certainly find and pay for the Mercedes of realtors ... at the end of the day, though, I wanted a realtor that knew the market and would sell my home for a reasonable price in a reasonable time frame. We accomplished this in $400k market over Christmas in a down market. Pretty cool.

Amazing realtor with a great deal of experience. She was so helpful throughout the process of selling my home. She made the experience pleasant and I truly felt like she was on my side. I highly recommend Gabrielle!
