After moving to Indianapolis, IN from Israel in 1999, I went through the process of buying my own home and started learning about the real estate industry. I invested in real estate, making purchases in sheriff sales, HUD homes, foreclosures, tax sales, and short sales. By 2004, I obtained my license as a real estate agent and joined the North Meridian office of F.C. Tucker Company. My passion for real estate continued to grow as my client activity increased.
Since then, numerous clients, investors, buyers,and sellers have used my services, advanced knowledge, and unique negotiation skills to get the best outcomes.

Personal background:
I grew up in Israel and obtained my B.A. in Geography and History at the University of Haifa, followed bya degree in Hotel Management fromthe Israeli Technion. Until moving to the United States, I worked in the restaurant industry and ran a Restaurant Consulting Company. This business flourished and I was able to participatein developing training through the Small Business Administration for restaurant entrepreneurs.
When I moved to the US in 1999, I began working for the Subway Development Office as a Development and Field Representative for Indiana and Kentucky. I assisted franchisees with operations, site location, and marketing, while also helping the development office in site selection, relocation of existing stores, and leasing. I did this until transitioning to real estate in 2004.
I'm married to my wife Michele and together we have two grown children. I reside onthe north side of Washington Township in Indianapolis and am active in several community organizations, including:
Center for Interfaith Corporation (CIC)
Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC)
Etz Chaim synagogue
Several committee and neighborhood boards
I am also a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors, Indiana Association Board of Realtors, and the National Association Board of Realtors.
