We met Gail over 7 years ago when we were looking for a family home in Silver Lake. She has lived and worked as a realtor in the area for decades, and knows EVERYONE. With such a tight market and so much competition, having an experienced realtor like Gail on your side is a must. If someone within a ten mile radius even thinks of selling their home, Gail somehow knows. Realtor spidey sense?! She found us our dream home and we were able to get an accepted before it ever hit the market. We still can’t believe how much she came through for us, and value her as a friend to this day. She’s a wonderful, quirky, kind person and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home on the east side.

Gail is devoted to her clients. She sold our house in Silver Lake and led us through what is often a stressful process with a calm, steady and expert hand. She is a seasoned real estate agent, but is also a compassionate person—something that cannot be taught. Gail is an outstanding asset when she is on your side trying to buy or sell a home. She makes a sincere effort getting to know her clients so she can assess what sort of properties would be the perfect fit. She has a unique perception and patience and never rushes the process. Gail is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate. She has a solid reputation in her field and knows the key players which makes negotiations in this tough market go smoothly. Gail was able to take my offer to escrow amongst a dozen other offers in Silverlake, and was instrumental in seeing inspections and escrow went smoothly.
