After working as a building industry sales representative and manager for over 20 years, Gail was looking for a career change. Between her 12 years in Boxford, MA and eventually moving to Newburyport, MA she found herself having bought and sold several homes. Before she knew it, she realized how much she loved it. She was officially bitten by the real estate bug and never looked back. Gail strives to give her clients the same positive experiences she’s had and take the stress out of home-buying and selling to make the real estate process an enjoyable one. As a skilled negotiator, Gail doesn’t shy away from doing whatever it takes to get top dollar for her sellers and use proven successful strategies to guide her buyers through the multiple offer markets of today.
