Gary was awesome to work with, I truly appreciate his help and experience. My fiancee and I are first time home buyers, and he was there every step of the way making sure we had everything we needed to get the house we wanted. He put me in contact with a loan agency that helped veterans with the VA home loan process, he answered all of my questions and then some, he even fixed the garbage disposal before we moved in. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and assistance.

My sister recommended Gary, who was selling her house. I was in a different city from house I was selling., Gary went out of his way to accommodate me, purchasing (for example) new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. We were also able to sell the house for about 15K more that we were asking, in about a week.
Gar8y was very helpful in that process. I recommend him highly. If I am ever in need of selling or buying a souse again in Omaha, I will certainly use Gary.
