Gary Kurtz

Gary has been a real estate agent since 1997. Over the years, he has been a top producer for Irongate Realtors and has been named one of Irongate's "Top 15" agents since 2013. Gary takes pride in being a detailed-oriented agent while working with buyers, sellers, and new construction in Montgomery, Greene and Warren counties. He also owns and manages numerous rental and investment properties specializing in bank-owned properties, sheriff sale acquisitions, and more.

Gary is a graduate of the University of Dayton (1986) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He also has a Masters in Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.

Gary is the President and Owner of Gary W Kurtz, CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and a realtor as well. He has owned and operated his own tax and financial planning practice since 1991. Gary specializes in tax and financial planning services for individuals and small, closely held businesses.
