Gary Paller has been licensed as real estate agent then broker since 1977, initially a top producer for many years as a real estate agent, then a broker, Gary has owned an independent realty company with 4 offices; offices in Agoura, Westlake, Woodland Hills, and Calabasas. Additionally, he has owned: a mortgage company; a property management company: and an escrow company. His independent realty company, having both residential and commercial offices, was subsequently affiliated with an international franchise until his sale to this franchise in 2001; for most of its time while he had been affiliated with the franchise, his office was in the top 10% of all its franchised offices; Gary continues to own sell and lease realty including management of his own properties.
