We were buying our first home with Gary Yamamoto, so we had a lot of questions along the route. Gary was very responsive, providing all the needed information and explaining all the details. He was communicating all our needs with the seller as well.
He was also giving us the advice when to contact the school district, PG&E, water company etc.When touring the houses Gary was never pushing but provided his opinion on the properties.The whole process of buying was very smooth, with no delays and we were able to close everything right when it was initially planned.Gary also recommended the lender who did a great job on our mortgage and an insurance broker with the really good rates.We would definitely recommend Gary Yamamoto for anyone who is looking to buy the property in the SF Bay area.

It was very pleasant to work with him. He is more than realtor. First of all, he is very professional. Secondly, he is nice, kind, polite and considerate person. Thirdly, he has been living in Bay Area for his whole life and knows this area the best. His recommendations about house, schools helped us and our many friends to make a right choice.
