Gaston Sanford

Gaston Sanford was born and raised in Newport Beach and grew up a Division-1 athlete playing water polo at Corona del Mar high school and Pepperdine University. He has travelled all over the world and competed at some of its highest levels and brings with him a competitive spirit and a disciplined and efficient work ethic.

Graduating from Pepperdine with a graphic arts/marketing background, Gaston eventually worked his way in to the family owned business of Newport Apartment Group, specializing in Real Estate brokerage with a focus primarily on apartment buildings in Orange and San Diego counties and high end homes in Newport Beach and Costa Mesa.

Thriving on creativity and competition, Gaston has earned his brown belt in the Israeli self-defense system, Krav Maga, and has a passion for the creative arts and music production. His intense work ethic, passion, integrity and desire to help others have set him apart from his competitors in many aspects of his life and he now brings those winning traits into the real estate market. His calm, easy-going demeanor has lead to many successful transactions and has helped people identify and achieve their investment goals.

With strong mentorship and an endless drive to be the best at what he does, Gaston is paving the way for successful, long-term relationships that go beyond just the scope of business.
