Licensed for over twenty-five and 15 years as a Real Estate Broker, Gay is delighted to assist her clients in the most important purchase of their lives. Her express ambition is to educate the buyer or seller of their options, the Market place and finally execute their decision to purchase a home or investment. Knowledge is power therefore decisions become easier with valuable information. She strives to find out what buyers and sellers want so that they keep their eye on the prize and get her clients what they want. Most of her clients are developed through friendships, volunteer association or social interests and the referral of friends and families. These successful sales have earned Presidential and Master's Awards at the Bay East Association of Realtors for many years.
Gay is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Business/Production Management. In the first 15 years of her career, she practiced her discipline in the construction industry as a Project Engineer for two national contractors building High-Rise Multi-use buildings in the San Francisco Bay Area. Gay construction background compliments her real estate business by providing incite to clients who want to personalize their home, which not all realtors are able to do. When she married in 1989 and started a family, Gay wanted to be nearer to her home, where she could juggle the roles of a mother, her career, teacher, coach, and chauffer. Gay raised three intelligent girls, athletes, (soccer, softball, water, and snow-skiers) as well as accomplished vocalists, hence the chauffer attribute.
