Gene Larrow deserves 10 stars in our book of best realtors! Gene went above and beyond in his job of securing buyers for our property. He was always ready to help in whatever way necessary, delivering documents for review and signature, making necessary appointments for everyone, and seeming to be everywhere, almost at once. I even caught him vacuuming my living room rug at 6:00 AM one morning to help us meet our moving deadline! Gene not only did an outstanding job as our realtor, but became a trusted friend.

I contacted Gene after reading ALL of the reviews on Google. He not only listened to what I wanted to tell him about background information and about experiences which made me come to the decision to sell, he understood. He appreciated my candor and I appreciated his approach when it came talking with me. I was selling an apartment building and he knew my main intent was to look out for my tenants. We met in person the same day and I signed the papers putting us in an agreement to sell together. I didn't need much handholding because I have been through the process several times...but he was there whenever I reached out. One day I was cleaning up the exterior of the building and there Gene was pulling in with his shop vac to come and help me out! He was respectful of my tenants and their privacy and respectful to me. We had several offers and within 40 days of accepting the right one WE CLOSED! No surprises, no BS just a good transaction from start to finish. I wish all real estate transactions could go this smooth! Highly recommended from the bottom of my heart!

I would like to thank Crystal Ayala for all of your help in selling the home we raised our family in. Bittersweet to say the least. 18 years of milestones, holidays and a pandemic, this home served us well. We are happy that another family will get to enjoy years of making their own memories.
Crystal came through when it came to the hustle of getting the house ready to show. It’s a lot to juggle when you live in a house that you are selling. Thankfully Crystal was always there to make sure everything looked amazing and was able to show potential buyers all the things we loved about our property. She was always available to take my calls, and was helpful in explaining the process to us. This is now the third time I have worked with Gene (2 home sales and one buy) in the last couple of years. Every time Gene has been very helpful and helped me through the process each time. He has an extensive knowledge of the area and was able to provide insight whether I was buying or selling. Trust the reviews folks! There is a reason why Larrow's Real Estate has over 31 five star reviews! The hyperfocus into the customer experience is what has set them apart from everyone else in the area. First word that comes to mind in describing this business is Quality. The white glove attention to detail from first contact to to turning the key on your new home/business is an intimate transaction. You will need someone who is trustworthy with all portions of the agreement. Get into this major transaction with the peace of mind that your best interests are in good hands.

After expressing my interest in one of his fantastic rental listings, Gene contacted me within the same day to provide helpful information, answer my questions, and set up a showing. As first time home buyers my girlfriend and I were able to close, and move into our house in two months with Gene. He helped us pick a lender, showed us houses and gave us his professional advice on how the mortgage market works.
