Gentil was our third realtor when looking to purchase our house in Texas, now that the house market is crazy our previous realtors would transmit the anxiety of the situation so we felt the stress working with them. Gentil always made us feel secure in the process and was prepared with all the information on the houses we visited. Last year we needed to terminate the lease with the apartment complex and find a home FAST! We only had 3 weeks window to make it happened. Gentil helped us doing both! He talked to the apartment manager and convinced her to wave the penalty for early lease termination. That same weekend, he had a list of 15 properties for us to see, and by next week we had our home under contract. Incredibly, he also pulled off a deal with the home builder for free upgrades in the house. We no longer waste our money in rent and we have a new home for a great price. Pretty slick deal maker.
