About Geoff

Geoff doesn’t believe in “selling” real estate. As a counselor, advocate, strategist, analyst, and expert negotiator, Geoff’s role with his clients could best be described as “master facilitator.” Since 2006, Geoff has been facilitating successful real estate transactions for his clients in Seattle and beyond.

Rejecting high-pressure sales techniques in favor of honesty, Geoff believes that his candor with his clients engenders loyalty from them in return.

Geoff holds the following specialty designations: Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Financing Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Internet Marketing Specialist. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors, Geoff is a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Association, and the Commercial Brokers Association.

Geoff was born and raised in Olympia, went to college for 3 years at Western Washington University in Bellingham, moved to Seattle in 1999, and graduated from the University of Washington in 2001, earning a bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature with a concentration in Cinema Studies. Geoff currently lives in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle and works out of the Keller Williams Greater Seattle office in Wallingford.

In addition to selling real estate, Geoff enjoys backpacking, camping, snowboarding, mountain biking, playing board games, making candles, and making music. Rarely seen in a suit and tie, Geoff prefers jeans and a t-shirt.
