Geoffrey Stell

Geoffrey Stell comes from a long background of over 16 years of hands-on, real estate experience. He brings a strong industry understanding along with a passion for client advocacy. He is well respected within Denver real estate circles and is widely known for his energy, innovative spirit, and for being a fun-loving straight shooter. He is comfortable with high-stakes negotiations and strives to avoid “mutual mystification” in every form of communication.

Geoffrey values the trust of his clients primarily and has earned a stellar reputation over time for tenaciously protecting their interests. He has dedicated his real estate practice to helping everyone he works with find the "Homes and Advice They Won't Find Anywhere Else!" Geoffrey has significant experience with various Real Estate investment vehicles including PPMs, single/multi-family, developments, rental properties, non-traditional financing, infill construction, and locating “off-market” properties.

Geoffrey was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, and moved to Denver, Colorado in 2003 to pursue a degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. He is happily married and lives in the Stapleton neighborhood, with his wife and 3 small children. He enjoys lifting weights, playing golf, doting on his wife, and helping his kids prepare for athletics, academics, and life in general.
