Most people don’t know that I come from a family of entrepreneurs who immigrated from Ireland and Greece. Arriving in the US with limited resources, my maternal grandfather became a residential developer in Chicago, and my father owned a bridge painting business that spanned the mid-west. Through sacrifice and by dedicating long hours to their businesses, they eventually thrived personally and professionally, leaving behind a lasting legacy of the power of perseverance.
Inspired by their example, I took a leap of faith by moving across the country to begin my own entrepreneurial journey, initially conquering similar challenges of being the “underdog” in an unfamiliar place and establishing a business with very few resources. Now 10 years as a San Diego Realtor, I’ve become a local expert in structural integrity, geographic and demographic variations, market analysis, and trends.
