George came highly recommended to me by the daughter of my mothers neighbor. Our mothers had been neighbors for many years and as fate would have it they passed away within two months of one another and therefore she and I were both in the position of needing to sell our mothers homes. It is my understanding that they had known George for many years and so naturally when they needed a realtor they turned to him. He sold her mothers home in quick order which is pretty amazing considering the housing market at this time. When my mother passed away and I needed a realtor I had no idea who to use. So when the neighbors daughter told me about him I decided to give him a call. She told me that George was a very nice man and she was right. He is also very professional but with compassion and an understanding of the emotional impact of selling the home of a loved one you have lost. He stayed in contact with me on a weekly basis to keep me informed of the housing activity in the area and how many people were looking at us in particular and of course with anyone wanting to view the house. My husband and I got to know George in the course of conducting business and he is someone you are instantly comfortable with and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor. The housing market is tough right now and it helps to have someone you trust to do their very best and George Long is just that kind of person. - Marsha Kelley -
