Me & my husband have been looking to buy something for 2 years but nothing caught our eyes & then COVID happened so we had given up hope of getting something in 2020 either but George found something off market (saved us from paying more with more offer competition) & he went out of his way to get us a lender during this time when banks make it so difficult for home loans. I was referred to George to help me find an apartment after accepting a job offer in LA. Considering that I was not familiar with the area and could not travel LA before my move, I was looking forward to working with a broker to find a place that met my needs. George was very responsive, took my preferences and into consideration, and visited units on my behalf. He video called me while visiting units so that all of my questions could be answered and also gave me a sense of the surrounding areas. Lastly, he found a great deal on a luxury apartment complex that was just a short commute from work. I certainly recommend George if you need to find a home in LA but cannot travel to the area.

I requested his services to assist me in finding the ideal 1br apartment after relocating from NYC to LA. George was flexible and understanding of my busy schedule in terms of logistical things. He was proactive, friendly and very professional. I appreciate that he was regularly in touch with me throughout the process. Only 2 weeks went by between the moment we started working together to the time I signed my lease! I notified him on a Saturday night that I was ready to apply for one of the options he had suggested. We completed the application remotely and submitted it that same night. By Monday afternoon my application was approved for a beautiful 1br apartment near my preferred location. Trustworthy and reliable realtor and real estate agents are hard to come by, so I would really recommend his services.

He made what at the time was a stressful process into one that put me at ease. He was honest with me   about showing me a variety of different places and giving me his honest opinions for how they fit what I was looking for. My name is Luis. I am from Mexico. I decided to buy property in California USA. I was looking at many properties through Zillow site. While I was looking at properties I found one in Beverly Hills. I was trying to get in touch with the real estate agent that the property was listed with. Unfortunate, the listing agent never return my calls.
