George & Nancy Perkins are a great team. In this highly competitive and crazy market they helped sell our first home and lead us into purchasing our forever home. They are incredibly responsive and professional. When houses listed that we were interested in, we saw them same day. What differentiates them from other realtors is their time, experience, and relationships with others in the industry. If you are looking for a realtor you cannot go wrong with 20/20 Properties as they will always keep your needs in the forefront.

Better yet, their many MANY years of experience helped get the right price, a speedy sale, and negotiating through tricky legal issues. I also appreciate their strong ethics & fast responses to my many questions. This is the couple I will always want to guide me through the quagmire of real estate!

We could not be more impressed than we are with the service George and Nancy Perkins provided us! We had been dreading the process of selling our moms place but they gave us great advice about what to do/not do before listing. They posted our listing on a Thursday night and it was SOLD by that same Sunday! 3-1/2 days! And for a significant amount of $$ more than our asking price. The whole process was smooth and simple We look forward to working with George and Nancy again when the time comes for us to downsize from our home.

If you want agents working for you as if they are working for their own purchase and or sale, and if you want agents who know real estate at a level that only a "long on experience" agents can know it, then choose George and Nancy. We hadn't made a real estate transaction for nearly 20 years. George and Nancy represented us on the sale of our home (an emotional experience) and the purchase of our new home. What we encountered during those transactions looked nothing like what we remembered from 20 years ago. We could not have made it through the maze of regulations, administrative land mines and "other party" rights without their watchful approach. We strongly recommend that no one try selling or buying real property without a highly qualified and experienced agent.
George and Nancy did all for us that these complicated transactions require and we are greatly appreciative of their care and skill.
