About George

George Perkins has served on numerous committees for the Oregon Association of Realtors® and East Metro Association of Realtors®. He is the longest-serving member of the Board of Directors for RMLS® which is the largest REALTOR® Multiple Listing Service in the Pacific Northwest.

George and his wife Nancy have worked together in real estate since 1978 and were co-founders of 20/20 Properties, Inc. in 1984. After receiving an offer they could not refuse in 1995, they sold the company to the Equity Group, Inc., Realtors® (Now Re/Max Equity Group). They stayed with that organization with George acting as a Company Designated Broker for two and a half years before opening their current company which operated as Americana Properties, Inc., Realtors® from 1997- 2008. They re-acquired the rights to use the name 20/20 Properties®, Inc., Realtors® in 2008 after opening their Vancouver, Washington office.

George and Nancy have been married for 49 years and have two grown children, daughter Ashley who owns and operates an internet marketing firm, and son Daniel who has worked many years as a driver for UPS. They have served on short-term mission teams to London and Bristol England, and Mexico City, Mexico, and continue to volunteer for and serve their church, community, and industry.
