We cannot recommend Georgi enough! She helped us with our recent sale and purchase; even in this crazy market she made sure we found our dream home and sold our house for a price we were happy with. She made us feel like we were always her priority; she was responsive, knowledgeable, and considerate. She was our fierce advocate and we sold and purchased a house in 2 months. We loved working with Georgi. We needed to sell our home quickly because we were relocating. With Georgi’s guidance, we received several offers and found the one that was best.

During the selling process Georgi and her team were so helpful in having our home prepared quickly.With Organizers, cleaners, and more.

We had a situation on an open house day where the heat was out (in December) and she made our home feel cozy with homemade soup on the stove, and electric heaters and the showings went well. She was also wonderful with our children and they still talk about playing with “Miss Georgi”.

Georgi helped us with final closing details after we had already moved out of the area and we felt very secure having her manage our business.

Georgi is a class act, knows her business, and is very warm and kind! We highly recommend her.

Georgi made time for us from the moment my husband and I walked in off the street to talk to her about the cross-country move we planned to make at some unknown point in the near future, to a place with which we were unfamiliar. She sat with us for well over an hour getting to know us and our wishes, then the very next day she showed us houses! When it came time for our move to PA, Georgi helped us find an apartment. Once out here, she was always helpful with restaurant suggestions, doctor recommendations, and more! Georgi was also patient when I found myself frustrated with housing options, and celebrated with us when we made our selection! Georgi is knowledgeable, available, and warm—like working with a friend—and would make an ideal real estate agent for anyone!😊

I needed a new home in a short period of time. I was emotionally stressed and nervous about the process of both finding a home and finding the price point I needed. Georgi was amazing to work with! She kept me on track and responded quickly to new homes on the market. She kept her "agent" hat on all times but I felt like I was working with a sister.... as she was so kind and thoughtful. Yes, its a business, but an agent needs to be as sharp as a lawyer, as insightful as a decorator, as shrewd as an accountant and as patient as a priest. She has it all. With such a competitive market in Bucks County it is crucial to have a realtor that is responsive day and night to jump on opportunities. Along with Georgi’s strong work ethic she also has great moral fiber. Georgi assisted us in the sale of our home coupled with the purchase of our new home. This was not an easy task but Georgi made it as palatable as possible.

First, we made a plan that we were all comfortable with as far as preparing our existing home for the sale, listing it, and then looking for and purchasing our next home. We had a contingency plan in case all of the timing was not possible.

As for the sale of our existing home, we followed Georgi's advice and were able to sell our home the first day it was on the market, we got slightly over our asking price. We had a buyer that was flexible with the sale date (within reason) and thus were able to find our next home within the time frame we gave ourselves and we were able to settle on the home we were selling and the purchase of our next home on back to back days (of course moving out and moving in coinciding with the settlements).

No matter how good your Realtor is, this process is stressful. There were times that Georgi felt our angst, she never took our (my) occasional short-tempered outbursts personally. She acted as our business consultant and dare I say therapist throughout the process, occasionally talking me 'off the ledge.' She assisted with everything from steering us to an excellent Mortgage broker, suggesting movers, to helping us get boxes for moving and everything in between. Her experience and calm throughout the process was invaluable. I would recommend Georgi Sensing to anyone thinking about selling and/or buying a home.
