About Georgia

With nearly two decades of experience in selling residential real estate in Seattle and the Greater Eastside, Georgia is a highly experienced and dedicated professional who is the ideal partner for all your real estate needs. She is a second-generation Realtor, having obtained her license at 19, and her passion for the industry and commitment to her profession have been constants throughout her career. Georgia's journey began alongside her mother, a Realtor, and she continued to build upon her family's legacy by establishing a proven track record of success and a loyal client base.

Georgia's achievements and recognition within the real estate industry are notable. In 2011, she was honored with the "One to Watch" award by SKCR (Seattle King County Realtors). Her leadership as Chair led Seattle King County Realtors YPN (Young Professionals Network) to win the Medium "Network of the Year" award in 2012. Georgia's involvement extended to the national level, where she served as a YPN National Board of Director and, more recently, as a member of the Leadership Identification and Development Committee. Her leadership skills were further recognized when she was asked by NAR (National Association of Realtors) First Vice President Charlie Oppler to serve as the 2020 Vice Chair for the NAR YPN Advisory Board, which has expanded to encompass over 400 Networks nationwide. Additionally, Georgia served as the President of Seattle King County REALTORS in 2020, guiding the association during the unprecedented challenges posed by the pandemic and ensuring that Realtors were recognized as essential workers by Governor Jay Inslee.

While Georgia's impressive accomplishments resonate with buyers and sellers, they value her unmatched knowledge and attentive service above all. Georgia places a strong emphasis on client-oriented and results-driven approaches. She prioritizes her client's best interests above all else and is dedicated to delivering a seamless and satisfying real estate experience for everyone she represents.

Georgia's deep roots in Sammamish, WA, where she has resided since the age of 12, provide her with an intimate understanding of the local market. She holds a degree in Communication from Seattle Pacific University and initially pursued a career as an NFL Cheerleader for the Seattle Seahawks while simultaneously working in real estate. Kirkland serves as her home base, where she lives with her two adorable children and a very furry cat. In her free time, Georgia enjoys spending quality moments with her family and engaging in activities such as Barre3 and Peloton workouts. Georgia's commitment to her clients, her extensive industry knowledge, and her focus on people's best interests make her an exceptional choice for all your real estate needs.

We were so lucky to find Georgia! Her knowledge and expertise is apparent from the first meeting. She helped us buy our first home (and viewed 68 houses with us!), and then, 4 years later, sell that home and buy another (this time only looking at 2-3 dozen!). She walked us through all the steps as new homeowners, and then as first time sellers.

We found a new construction home in our neighborhood and set Georgia to the task of finding out if it was going to be listed for sale, leading to a walk-thru while it was still under construction. We ultimately put together a competitive offer which enabled us to purchase pre-market listing!

That was only half the battle though as we then needed Georgia’s expertise and hard work to prepare, list, and sell our old house as quickly as possible just as the market was bottoming out due to increasing interest rates. The first buyer fell through, leading to the surprise annoyance of two competing offers coming in and demanding a response on Thanksgiving day. Georgia made the process as painless and easy to understand as possible. We couldn’t have done it without her.

On a personal note, she is amazing. She understands firsthand the stress of house shopping and moving with kids. She helped occupy our toddler so we could focus on the homes we were touring. She understood if we needed to take a “potty break”, and she didn’t flinch when our newborn starting wailing but rather offered to hold and soothe him. We have such respect for Georgia, that we have recommended her to three other couples who have all purchased through her as well.

Georgia was paramount to helping us purchase our first home as first-time homebuyers. Our journey ended up being a 2-year journey, during which time the market completely changed. She initially helped us negotiate (then renegotiate multiple times) with a Builder for a new construction townhome. When our relationship with the Builder ended due to the Builder not providing their promised product, Georgia ensured we exited with our earnest money in hand and helped us navigate a completely different market than what we had entered. Thanks to her guidance, support and expertise, we were able to find a new and different home that was actually a better fit for us than the first. We are so grateful for Georgia -- for her guidance, for her support and for her expertise. We could not be homeowners without her!

Georgia is amazing! She has walked by our side throughout the whole buying and selling process; giving us knowledgeable information and keeping us informed about every detail. She knows the market well and helped us to strategize our buying and selling process. She cares, and is always willing to be available. I doubt we would have been able to have such a wonderful experience without her support and ability to keep us calm and secure in the knowledge that she had everything under control! There is no doubt that we would use her again and recommend her to family and friends. She’s the best!
