We cannot recommend Reilly enough! We worked with Reilly on our move from Alaska to Vermont this summer, and she continually went above and beyond. From scheduling viewings during our limited time here in Vermont, to conducting virtual viewings while we were still in Alaska. She helped us write multiple offers, coordinated home and septic inspections and even coordinated the legal aspect of our closing. She was always available to answer whatever questions we had, and we never felt forced or coerced in any way whatsoever. She was patient, kind, and easy to work with. Choosing the right realtor is the key in buying or selling your house no matter how great your property . I struggled selling my house in S Burlington during the high season although everyone said your house is beautiful. When fall hit , i was hopeless that my house will ever be sold . She doesn't flinch to go the extra mile - to come over to open up our condo when the electrician forgot to turn the electricity back on, personally bought the fire extinguishers that were needed for code, noticed the dryer vent discharge was the required distance above ground, cleaned out some of the buyer's unwanted equipment in the garage, and generally gave us the calming support that we needed after a stressful moving process to the senior apartment. Fantastic doesn't even begin to describe our experience! We worked with Liam as our agent for months. He was so responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, caring, and more. He worked around our crazy schedule and managed to help us find a house in the crazy COVID market. He helped us stay focused and never showed any signs of frustration when we saw house after house after house after house for months. I believe we saw an average of 6 house a week with him for quite some time. Being quite pregnant, he was patient and understanding with my slow walking and caution with some homes. My husband being knowledgeable on construction, he was patient when we got picky about certain things. Liam answered every question we had an ensure we understood everything told to us. He even helped us find a great place to get pre-approved for a loan early on in our search. Once we found a house and had an offer accepted, we got the whole team helping us out. Everyone we worked with was just as kind, just as helpful, just as knowledge as Liam. As first time home buyers, I'm sure we asked some dumb questions but no one ever made us feel like they were dumb. They took they time to answer our questions and ensure we understood at every step in the process. They even helped provide a list of inspections and lawyers, kept us informed at every step along the way, and overall made the entire process less scary and daunting. I cannot recommend them more! If we ever sell and/or ever want to buy again, it is a no-brainer of who to go with!

Geri was very accommodating to my living situation and with getting the condo ready to sell. When everything was all set she had a very professional group of Photographers go in and get all the pictures for online viewing. The market was strong enough when we decided to sell, but you don't know what you don't know and Geri stepped in to make our selling experience smooth, highlighting everything we needed to do ahead of time to make our house more marketable. Geri was one of 5 realtors we interviewed to sell our town house. She was professional and clearly communicated to us the ways she would market our property. She recommended minimal 'staging' unlike some of the others we interviewed. Her marketing materials and methods were spot on (e.g., professional photos, variety of marketing methods). We sold our house with minimal work on our part. Here staff are equally as professional. When we plan to sell our current house, we'll contact Geri again.

Susannah was excellent in helping us buy our home. Most of our search was done while we lived outside of Vermont and Susannah was great at immediately notifying us of new listings, taking (good) videos of listings, and being honest with us about the pros and cons about the property. I bought and sold a home in Connecticut and wished I had an agency like this back there. Moving to Vermont for work was stressful enough but GRR made the whole adventure much less painful. Mike Lucas is an all star agent and worked with me through a number of very close purchases.

The highlight of my experience working with GRR was after our inspection on a condo we wanted to purchase where they advised us to walk away due to mold and other issues, despite us thinking we could handle it. It was the right move and I really appreciated them looking out for our health and well being. We ended up in a much nicer condo after a few months of looking.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for an agent and I will be using them for the sale of our condo down the road.

We listed our house with Geri in March of 2014. From start to finish, the process was flawless. Geri helped us to know what small staging details would show the house to its best advantage. She also posts twice the number of pictures online that other Realtors use. This helps make a better impression on those who are looking online first. We were very nervous at the beginning as there were several houses around us that had been on the market for months. Ours was under contract in 8 days!
