His closing coordinator, Evelin, is a gem. She is very communicative and responsive and make the transaction to go really smooth.

We finally thought about buying a home for our crew.. l reached out couples realtors few months ago and they were not able to help us ..(one of them had a specific number $k on how much the house needed to cost in order to help and l think as first buyer I wouldn’t go that far on PRICES!
After lots of research we decided to contact Ghassan Ghaida, RE/MAX One Solutions ...Wow what a great team to work with, especially with Evelin and Gus ... they were well versed in the areas and the type of homes for sale, and not matter that time of night we had a question, they would always respond promptly .

Evelyn and Ghassan were the most amazing realtors to work with. as a second time homebuyer I was little nervous but Evelyn really helped me through every step of the process.
