I had an excellent experience working with Ghazal and Sitki they were professional, responsive, and guided me through every step of selling my home. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and they handled all the details with care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. My house layout was not an easy sell and the location wasn’t ideal because of its distance to the city but they made it happen, and I couldn’t be happier. From doing as many open houses as needed to being in constant contact with agents and prospective buyers, I really couldn’t be happier with my decision to hire the Torun team.

Ghazal is the benchmark for a true professional real estate agent. She gave us a tailored experience, made our problems hers and went above and beyond, masterfully strategized putting an offer for the house we wanted, and handled tricky situations with the seller proactively without any stress to us. She also helped us sell our old property and perfectly coordinated the two transactions. She even identified a mortgage agent that ultimately secured an unbelievable rate for us. Her knowledge of the market was also remarkable, which was instrumental in both placing the right offer amount for the house we bought, and entering the market with the right price for the house we sold. Ghazal excelled at communication and availability day and night. I'm failing to think what an agent could do more! I wholeheartedly recommend Ghazal!

Ghazal was the person who helped us buy the house we were looking for.
She is very friendly and does everything in her hand to get the job done. She listened to us to understand exactly what we want and how far we can afford to go. She did not push us to make any decision. Sometimes, we were tempted to do something crazy and beyond our affordability and she advised us not to do that and to be more patient.
Ultimately, when we found what we were looking for, she worked tirelessly to get the job done. She was in touch with the seller agent continuously from early morning and didn’t let the house go to weekend open house until about 10 pm when she finally put us in contract. And in this hot competitive market, we got the house below neighborhood market price.
It was a real pleasure working with her and we highly recommend her.

Our experience of working with Ghazal was truly exceptional. We were quite lucky as first time home buyers that we could find Ghazal. She is very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and every details that are required to have a comprehensive understanding of the areas. Then she advised us for planning and to come up with good strategies based on our personal priorities.
She was also always available for home tours. She has knowledge of home issues and warned us if there is any problems we couldn’t easily identify by either the visual visits or reading inspections. Ghazal is also very fast and responsive for the process of preparation of offer and she also actively works to get the best deal for you.
In terms of interactions with lenders and other players we had very smooth experience.
Overall, I would strongly recommend Ghazal to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers. I would trust her with my eyes closed and her level of time/dedication to her clients is outstanding.
