Gil Yosefi

Gil a Real Estate Broker with an outstanding sales track record for the past 14 years, while achieving high returns for his investors. Gil has a comprehensive understanding of the residential real estate market as well as a unique ability to negotiate the best deals for his investors.

As a principal in a real estate investment and founder of Condo Association Utilities Savings Advisors (CAUSA), he has been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management and strategic planning for a number of real estate projects, and knows how to maximize positive outcomes for all of the parties involved in the transaction.

In addition to his experience as a Broker, Gil currently sits on six condo association board as President and has greatly reduced expenses for the associations due to his relationships with property managers and strong negotiation abilities. He holds a Bachelor Degree (BA) with distinctions from the Academic School of Insurance, Tel Aviv and MBA from the Chapman Graduate School of Business in FIU, Miami.
