Gintana has been absolutely invaluable in selling my mom's home in Northfield. My mom recently moved in with us out of state and wanted to sell her house. Since we are limiting travel due to Covid, Gintana did EVERYTHING for us, not just showing the house to potential buyers, but meeting up with contractors to let them in to the house, even doing some of the cleaning up herself! I cannot recommend her enough to anyone, local or not local, that is looking to sell their home. She is incredibly responsive, follows up (I was not always the best at responding right away), and got my mom's house sold for us even though it was not in good shape. Choose her, I promise you will not regret it!

Gintana assisted us with finding our home in 2018, our first one. She was always very responsive to our needs. Even though it was our first home and we had a lot queries, she was very patient in answering all of them. She was with us right through the end. Even after we bought the home, she has been constantly in touch of us which shows how much she committed in putting customers first. I would recommend her for anyone looking to buy a house in chicago and its neighbourhoods.

We met Gintana at an open house a few years ago. At the time, we were not yet sure whether to take the leap and purchase a home, or continue renting. Thanks to Gintana and her attention to detail and her incredible talent for making you feel like you are her only client, we found our dream home.
