Gina was able to sell our house in as little as a few days with multiple offers...for 10k over what we originally thought we could sell for. She paid very close attention to details in the offers we received which ended up getting us the most amount of money. She also assisted us in the purchase of our new home and was able to negotiate the house for 24k less than listed. I couldn't be happier with her and highly recommend her!
