Gina helped my buy my first home about 10 years ago. I knew almost nothing about what the process entailed and by the time I had my house, I knew how to navigate the process like a pro. I also knew that she would always be my realtor.
Gina took the time to get to know me, my needs, my lifestyle, my priorities, and my budget. When she picked me up to find my new home, she had the listings strategically mapped out, each house profile had all the details and items that she thought were of most interest to me were highlighted. And...not to be forgotten, water and snacks. It was a little thing that made the difference later that day when my energy levels began to wane.
The listings were all perfect for me and it came down to me getting to pick the most perfect home for me. She didn't show me houses that I couldn't afford, or houses that she knew would be a stretch. She listened to me and delivered options that were just right.
She carried this level of expertise and care over to selling my house, where once again, I would have been lost without her.
I've been through this process with Gina a few times now and when I even have an inkling that it's time for a new home, she will be the first person I call. I'm happy to have a chance to rave about her and hopefully encourage others that she is the one!

Gina Erni is amazing! As an out of state buyer, my availability was very limited for so much of the process. Gina treated me as an old friend, exhibited a high level of care and excellent customer service and took care of a couple of big issues for me while I was preparing for my move to Washington. We continue to stay in touch. She keeps me current on the market’s temperature and has excellent advice and is a true professional. If I could give Gina 10 stars, I would!

Ms Gina Erni is one of the finest if not, thee finest realtor we have had the pleasure of doing business with. Her response time is increadable, which is most reassuring. Gina is very knowledgeable and empathetic to each of her clients needs.
