Gina Olivares, a 35-year residential real estate professional, is well versed in all the foothill communities of the greater San Gabriel Valley, and most of the equestrian communities in California. There are four words you can count on with Gina: honesty, commitment, passion, and enthusiasm.
She began her career in 1985, with Baldwin Realty in Arcadia, where she spent fourteen years as one of their top producers. The last ten of those years, she enjoyed the position of Director of their Estates Division. In 2007, Avantra Real Estate Services opened. Gina was one of the founders of the company, that grew to over 50 agents, with offices in Arcadia and Glendora. Gina was the company’s top producer for all eight years!
In 2007, Avantra sold to Podley Properties, a family owned and operated company with six offices. Gina enjoyed being a top producer with Podley Properties for the next 11 years. In November of 2018, Deasy Penner R.E. purchased Podley Properties and we became DPP Real Estate R.E., a company with a total of nine offices.
Gina is a California native, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, attending parochial schools, and graduating from UCLA with a Bachelor Arts degree in Sociology, with a minor in Journalism.
Gina’s family is her pride and joy. She has two grown children, a daughter and a son, along with three beautiful granddaughters. If she is not working, or with her family, you can find her at the barn! Horses are her other love. An avid horsewoman, her horses and riding have been her lifelong passion.
