If you have any real estate needs Gina is the person for the job!!!!!! I can't say enough to explain my experience in working with her in the search and purchase of my new retirement home. She really knows her stuff. I'm tired of the harsh northeast winters and am recently retired. I started my home search back in January. I had made contact with a few realtors but after conversations with them I felt most comfortable with Gina. It was definitely the right decision. I kept her very busy over the next 7 months. She spent many hours on the road traveling to look at many properties for me and sending me the pictures. She also took it upon herself to look at other properties that she thought may have been potential homes for me to consider as well. She was in contact with me daily to report any progress. She gave me a list of lenders I could use and then kept in contact with the lender I chose to use. All of this this was done via long distance. There were times during those months when I became discouraged but Gina always remained positive and gave me hope. I found my home and had the closing the end of August!!!! Even after the closing she was still helping me with the info she got from the seller's realtor to help me continue with the same security co., the lawn mower, and insurance co. the seller had in place. She made what should be a stressful time a pleasurable time. SHE DID ALL THE WORK! As stated by Gail King She went above and beyond with the personalized attention she gave to me during this whole process. I put my complete faith and trust in her and was never disappointed. I needed a realtor but I received so much more and I'd like to think I have a new friend in Florida as well

We actually met Gina by chance when she was showing another condo in our complex. A few weeks later we asked Gina to put our condo on the market. What a GREAT Realtor! Within one week we had 3 offers, one of which we accepted. We were back in NC by this time and everything was handled by phone, faxes,emails, etc. I am not very computer savvy but Gina made the sale an easy process for us. We could not have made this sale without Gina's help and expertise. We hope to return to FL within the next year or two and would want to work with Gina to help us find a new home at that time. Gina sold our home within three months time, while other homes in our neighborhood were taking a year or more. She is a knowledgeable real estate agent and is very efficient in making sure everything gets done in a timely way. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. We are very happy in our new house. We have done lots of little things to the house and a couple of major changes by adding electric storm shutters and solar heat for the pool. Grandezza and Villa Grande have turned out to be a good fit for us. Stephanie has joined several card groups and an active golf group and I have found a great golf group that plays 4 times a week. I really like the course primarily because it is difficult which makes playing it interesting. Our only regret is the 6 month closing this summer for the course upgrade. Fortunately we can play our sister course at The Strand. We were very pleased with your efforts in helping us purchase our house. It was not an easy task as we only had two days in Estero to look at houses and then when we did decide to buy, our involvement was all done from afar in Arizona so you and your team had to do lots of the things that we would have done had we been in Florida. My wife and I found Gina from Zillow. She spent a couple days with us and on our second day, she took us to a brand new community in which her daughter had recently purchased a home. Gina showed us her daughter's house and we were intrigued. We all met with the salesperson and made arrangements to purchase our Florida home. We love it and have used it quite a bit even though I'm still working. This will be our retirement home. As stated by Marc Boonen

I live in Canada and met Gina through Zillow after searching for condos in SW Florida online. We developed a great releationship via email and a few phone calls. Gina is exremely efficient and starting emailing condos for sale,with my criterias very quickly. She was quick to respond to any questions I had that were not covered on MLS. After a couple of months of viewing properties online I was ready to meet Gina in person to visit properties. Gina was on time, organized and is a true professional. We spent two days on the road and saw many condos. She made my introduction to the US market a fun and enjoyable experience. I am happy to say I am proud owner of a condo in Florida, and I found exactly what I was looking for.
