We had the pleasure of working with Ginny in our move from Illinois to Colorado. We have never met anyone as knowledgeable, dedicated and detailed as Ginny. Plus, her background in appraisals was a real bonus. Ginny went out of her way to find us the “perfect” house. What was especially helpful was being able to FaceTime walkthroughs as well as sketching floor plans when we weren’t in town to personally see a house. I would highly recommend Ginny to anyone.
