Prior to his real estate career, Glenn worked for Estee Lauder Companies, where he honed his commitment to an unparalleled level of personal care and customer service.

A longtime supporter of local charitable causes, Glenn has been active in fundraising for Abilities! (formerly known as the National Center for Disability Services); a school for disabled children in Albertson, Long Island; the New York City chapter of PFLAG; the Breast Cancer Research Foundation; and the Hetrick-Martin Institute. A theater lover, he is a former board member and ardent supporter of Only Make Believe, an organization that brings a live and interactive theater experience to children confined to hospitals and supports the work of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids. A graduate of the University of Buffalo, Glenn earned his bachelor's degree with honors in Engineering. He is a member of the real estate board of New York.
