About Glenn

Glenn, an Arizona native, has been helping people buy and sell real estate for 39 years. In 1983, at the age of twenty-three, he sold his first home and hasn't stopped since. He has PERSONALLY negotiated thousands of purchases, listing, and leasing contracts and is often quoted saying, "Back in those days, we did not have email, the internet, or cell phones so we had to meet with each client personally and negotiate the contracts. It seems archaic by today's standards, but it taught us how to communicate and interact with people on a PERSONAL basis. When sitting face to face with clients you learn to listen and find common ground to complete a transaction that all parties are happy with. The Realtor with the best listening skills sold the most homes. It was a necessary skill to develop, and I believe it still it applies today."
