About Glenn

As a long time entrepreneur, I was inspired by Dave Ramsey’s baby step program to get out of debt and strive for financial freedom for my family. Finally, at 49 years old, I struggled with what I was going to do when I grew up. After buying and selling several rental properties in the Redding area, my agent suggested that I become a Realtor. After working the next four years with one of the most successful real estate teams in Redding, it was time to go on my own again. I earned my Brokers license and have opened my own office, Encore Realty. There is no better feeling than when I can hand keys over to first time home buyers. This is my passion.
