From the very first time that I contacted Gloria in regards to getting a loan and looking for a home, she was very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She broke the beginning I needed to make to get the process tarted. She explained all the possible scenarios I could chose from based on the amount I was able to put as a down payment, explained the different interest rates I could chose from and the reasons why my options were at those rates. She also provided detailed breakdowns of all the costs that would consist of the mortgage payment and down payment in writing and over the phone. In addition, Gloria is just a very nice person to talk to. She always made me feel comfortable and that she cared about my needs. I never felt pressured, or overwhelmed and she was always available to answer my questions very quickly. She is very easy to work with and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. I also loved how most documentation between she and my lender was able to be signed, submitted and emailed online. It was very convenient.
