Working with Grace was absolutely amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and personable...everything that you can expect, need and require from a realtor. We had only 45 days to identify and select at least 3 properties under the 1031 Exchange Program. Grace was always available and worked hard for us every single day. She never missed a phone call, text and/or email. If she didn't have the information we needed, she would get the information immediately. Grace would listen to our needs and desires and not try to push properties that wasn't what we were looking for. As a matter of fact, she gave us very valuable suggestions and in the end found the perfect property of us. We cannot say enough great things about Grace. Grace is an amazing realtor who is very patient and understanding. As a seller, she was patient with me in selling my home because she knew it was a very emotional time for myself and family. She made me feel like I was her only client by staying in contact with me throughout the whole process from the time she did a walk through of my home until the day we sold. I knew she was the realtor for me the first time we meant because she knew what my house meant to me. It was like my baby and hard for me to let go. She is very knowledgeable of when we should list, what was the best price to list, when to do an open house and kept me in the loop of all potential buyers. Being raised on a small Island, being a home owner was just a dream and never did I think it would become a reality for me and my family! Grace made the process so stress free!
