Grady was a real estate agent that was referred to me by my boss. I reached out and he was able to get us a comprehensive list of properties within our constraints, that updated daily and emailed us upon new additions. We put two offers in during our search. Even with Grady feeling under the weather during one of these offers, he still was able to answer all of our questions and coordinate with the seller for documents and questions under quick notice. We found this dedication while not feeling well very impressive! He even was able to suggest mortgage insurance and home warranty companies. Especially helpful during time crunch situations with his constant communication, such as quick closing like the market suggested when we purchased. Overall, fantastic real estate agent and I plan to reach out to him for the next property I want to own!

I recently did a dual sale and purchase transaction with Grady over $1.5m. He handled both transactions very well- even though we had surprises from both the other parties… he helped us navigate the challenges with ease and ultimately we successfully closed both transactions and I could not be happier. I will be using Grady again for future real estate transactions despite the fact that I have at least a dozen friends and family that are realtors or agents. When you go with the best… you forget the rest 👌.

I was pleased to work with Grady Keener in selling our home. His Professional approach, ability to listen, advise, and follow through on every aspect of the sale set a very high bar. This is not a weekend gig for Grady, it is his job, career, profession, and passion. This was highlighted in every aspect of his approach and with his amazing marketing material that led to our home selling in 6 days. From the still photography to the 8K marketing video, to the full page adds that were placed across the country, he produced interest in our home from multiple states in hours of “going live”. Grady knew what he was selling – a lifestyle - not just a home and he knew how to sell it with enthusiasm and understanding of every detail of our home.

The morning the house was listed, and the video went live we had three qualified interested parties that continued to grow on day two. Grady’s enthusiasm, knowledge of our home, and love for what he does was evident with our buyers and truly helped to close the deal so quickly. I was so impressed with Grady we immediately engaged him on finding us our new home. He started his search the way he sold our house, by listening to what was important to us. Grady was such a great agent for us! We moved from Richmond, Virginia so we didn’t know the area very well.
