Grant Dean

Grant has lived in Texas since he was 3 months old.  He grew up in Houston and moved to the Austin area in 1993.  He attended McNeil High School in Round Rock and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003.  Grant lived in Round Rock TX for over 25 years before moving to Georgetown TX in 2020. Grant is married to his is best friend and Aggie wife Emily, they have two children, three cats, twelve chickens and border collie named Bullet that goes everywhere with the family.

Grant is passionate about real estate and helping his clients get the most for their money.  Grant has over 15 years of real estate experience including residential homes, new construction, raw land for future build sites or recreational use, short sales, foreclosures, income properties, and multi-family.  In his free time, Grant enjoys camping/backpacking, hunting/shooting, playing tennis and working out at the gym.  Grant is active at in his local church Central, in Round Rock.
