I am a self admitted hard-a** when it comes to working with real estate agents. I have had bad experiences with the previous five agents I have worked with. Why? I believe for the inflated commissions they receive, they should deliver a very high level of service. All too often I get the feeling from r/e agents they aren't willing to put in that extra effort to 'earn' their fees. I constantly get the feeling they do the least amount possible for their payday. Going into my relationship with Greg, I told him this and he has surpassed my expectations to this point. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, insightful, honest and easy to work with.
