Greg Byrd

Gregory J. Byrd is an associate broker and managing partner for Byrd Real Estate Group, L.L.C, specializing in Investment Properties. Prior to forming Byrd Real Estate Group, L.L.C, he was an associate Broker at Vern Byrd & Associates.

A native of the Spokane area, Greg graduated from Gonzaga Preparatory School, and received his BA in finance and economics & his MBA at Gonzaga University. Greg currently belongs to and is a past President of the Spokane Real Estate Trader's Club. He is also a member of the Spokane Association of Realtors and is a CCIM Candidate. Greg has worked in the Real Estate Field since 1981 and has gained valuable experience and knowledge through his contacts and associations.
