Greg is fantastic.
If you need your house sold — or you’re looking to buy — this is your go-to guy.

When I first bought my place with Greg, it took a while to find the right home. That wasn’t because of Greg — it was because I had a long wish list and high expectations. Greg was patient and professional the whole way through. He helped me understand what was realistic, taught me to balance what I wanted with what I needed, and made the process enjoyable. In the end, I found a wonderful place in Orchards — a gated, two-story condominium with plenty of space for my dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Now, in 2025, I’m preparing to sell my home, and once again Greg has been an absolute lifesaver. He’s walking me through every step — explaining the details of selling in Washington, what needs to be done now, and what can wait.

He even showed me a full schematic of closing costs, breaking down what I’d be responsible for and what each party typically pays. He takes time to explain the nuances of selling, and when I mentioned my current low mortgage rate, he didn’t rush me — instead, he asked thoughtful questions like, “Are you sure you want to sell right now?” That’s the kind of honesty and care you want from a realtor.

Greg is courteous, knowledgeable, and truly invested in his clients. Whether you’re buying or selling, he’s the one you want in your corner. I’ll continue to rely on Greg and his expertise well into the future.

Greg went above and beyond as our realtor. He helped us through the process of buying our first home. He was patient and took his time explaining every step and answering our endless questions. He was always on top of deadlines. The sellers made communication a challenge and Greg made sure we got the inspections and reports that we needed in a timely fashion. As difficult as the home buying process was Greg ensured we got our dream home and made the process way easier on us! We highly recommend Greg!
