Son of a...contractor...(lol), I've been around construction, renovation, property maintenance & management since I can remember. I've owned several properties in my lifetime, starting with a small condo in Connecticut that I renovated and "flipped" back in the 90's before "Flipping" was a thing. I graduated to owning a 3-family in New Haven where I learned firsthand about the mystical world of being a landlord. Before moving back to my home state of NH in 2008, I sold my CT beach cottage along the beautiful shores of Niantic CT and lived and worked for a real estate broker (C21) on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica (Playa San Miguel). In '08, I moved back up to NH and got licensed and have been with Verani ever since, out of our Concord NH Capitol City office on Main. I've been a full-time REALTOR since '08 with many 5-star reviews from Buyers & Sellers of everything from raw Land to Large Apartment Complexes, COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL.
