Greg Milano

Greg relocated to Colorado in 1992 from St. Mary’s, Maryland after getting his bachelor’s degree in marketing. He started his Real Estate career in 1995 as a second-generation realtor and earned his CRS: Certified Residential Specialist designation, one of the highest professional designations awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field and CNE: Certified Negotiation Expert and SRES – Senior Real Estate Specialist. Greg is married with two young boys and stays connected with the community by coaching Little League teams and as a former Ken-Caryl Metro District official. He is also a member of the International Mountain Bike Association and a member of the Trail Club for Open Space. As an avid biker and skier, he has a passion for Colorado, its lifestyle, and the outdoors. As a cancer survivor Greg fully appreciates the balance of life and has volunteered in multiple fundraisers to benefit the American Cancer Society. He was hooked into the real estate business at age 16 when he bought his first rental and has continued in the business for 30+ years now. With his background as a Real Estate investor, Mortgage broker and Staging designer he can help educate his clients to help them make a better decision. Greg has an unparalleled philosophy for customer service in the Real Estate industry. Growing up in the retail and restaurant business he understands the term “Customers are always right,” however, he firmly believes they need educated guidance to help them make their decision.
