Greg was excellent ! Very professional and personal. Easy to communicate with and always returned my calls and emails. Worked well with my attorney and all other parties involved. Lastly , was very helpful with an inspection which required a contractor. Greg recommended the contractor which also went well. Highly recommend using Greg to anyone interested in buying or selling a home in Rockland area.

When I first listed my house I found the top three realtors and I interviewed each of them. Greg was the only one who listened to my opinion, and who didn’t give me unsolicited advice about how to sell my home. I hired him immediately and my house was sold in less than two months. We worked well together, communication was easy, and I always got a quick response. I highly highly recommend Greg; he is a wonderful human being and a Superb realtor! A few years ago, Greg sold my parent’s home quickly and efficiently so when it came to choosing a realtor, we already knew Greg would be our agent. About 8 months prior, Greg came and gave us a current market assessment of our home. Within that time, the market changed and our home value went up significantly in price. Greg made a few minor recommendations about decluttering, removing family photos and moving some furniture before we listed. Professional photos were taken which showed our home beautifully on the internet real estate sites. We listed our home on a Thursday and by Sunday, we had several full and over-priced offers on our home! Greg took the time to go over each offer and explain the pros and cons of each deal. We got well over asking and our home appraised exactly to our offer. Greg and his team were always available from the beginning to end of the process. Each week, he provided updates from the buyer’s agent so we were always well assured that the process was moving forward. We listed and closed in about 2 ½ months and the process went better than we had ever imagined. Thank you, Greg and team.
