My husband and I have sold and purchased multiple homes through Greg. We've referred our family and my husband his physician colleagues to him. We purchased a NYC property in 2014 via a highly rated NY agent who couldn't compare to Greg. Go with Greg if you want a realtor who: understands the local market, has integrity, is determined to sell your house and/or connect you with a great new one, responds timely, has excellent support staff and ties to contractors, and finally, somehow manages to make the real estate process less stressful. One more point, he's one of the hardest working individuals we've ever met. Makes sense he's #1 agent in Augusta market.

Greg and his team went above and beyond to ensure our move from Atlanta went smoothly! We had a toddler and a newborn at the time so moving in and of itself was a tall task and Greg’s team really did everything they could to make this time of transition as easy as possible. Greg and his team were outstanding! They helped us navigate a beautiful home purchase while being half way around the world. Their insight and knowledge gave us the confidence to buy without seeing the home in person.

Furthermore, Taylor was exceptional with handling any and all documentation needed throughout the process. Both her and Greg would often be there to help us even after business hours to accommodate our time difference.

Greg and his entire team was excellent start to finish. We are military and were unable to do any work in person. Greg and the team personally managed our expectations throughout the entire process. They handcrafted listings for us to review when we were months out from making an offer.
They were always reachable and made us feel like we mattered and not just a client.

As we got closer to making an offer, Greg personally FaceTime'd us through the properties we were interested in. All through the negotiation process Greg fought for us even though we couldn't be there in person. Through emails and calls they always made sure we were informed and on track. Even after all the paperwork was done Greg remains in touch and checking up on us.

I couldn't be happier with the whole team's professionalism and care.

We met Greg by chance because we were interested in a home and we didn't have a realtor. He was quick to take time for us. While we weren't still ready to purchase a home, he made himself available to showing us places as we narrowed down the area we were wanting. I think the biggest asset he has is his assistant, Taylor. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole entire process. Greg is an incredible, kind, and generous man. He truly is the best in the business. It didn't matter that we didn't have the biggest of budgets; I always felt like his most important client. When someone has a big name, you always worry that that you might just get passed off to their team. Greg is not that guy; while he utilizes his team and they are amazing, he also personally shows houses, answers questions, and picks up the phone to handle every hiccup. We are in our dream home thanks to him. It was well within our budget and brings us so much joy. We are forever grateful to Greg!

Greg Oldham and his team are simply the best. They make things look easy that other Realtors struggle with. We have been through a lot of transactions from Wisconsin, to Tennessee, to Georgia…Many of the things that stress buyers and sellers are most often left with the buyers or sellers to contend with- Greg, Taylor and Austin took care of things for us that we were used to taking care of ourselves. Greg and his team had one job and that was to not have us pay two mortgage payments in the month of November. Their job was accomplished within days of our house listing. Not only did we get a full price offer for our home but the closing was just in time that we did not have to make another mortgage payment on the property in November. Greg was very confident that our house would sell quickly and he was very up front and honest about what needed to be done to our house to accomplish this goal. Greg's office staff (Melissa and Taylor) were also very instrumental in the sale of our property. They did an excellent job in keeping us informed of signing documents and the next steps in the process. This was an excellent team and I would highly recommend them for any home purchase or selling needs.
