Greg with PertTeam- Keller Williams One Legacy Partners was an awesome realtor to deal with. We had an initial meeting with him on a Monday and our home was under contract Saturday at 8AM, after just one full day of showings. Greg thoroughly explained the process and what we could expect of showings. The photographer was outstanding, and I believe the pictures he took of our townhome enticed many to make an appointment. Kudos to Greg, his team and Ken Doll, photographer. All very personable and professional.

I just have to tell the world, if you're in the market for a new home, I would highly recommend Greg with Pert Home Team - Keller Williams One Legacy Partners hands down.

We have purchased two homes and sold a home with Greg. He encouraged and coached us through the entire journey, even when it felt all uphill. He never failed in transparency, even when it wasn't the best news. He consistently made us feel like we were his only client. He never wavered in pulling up his sleeves when things weren't going our way. We are abundantly grateful for his support.

I know we won't be buying another house, but we're super glad to have Greg as a friend and him and his lovely wife as neighbors.

Greg Pert is an amazing and a wonderful person & realtor. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk to . He took time time to know us and our family needs when we were searching for the ideal house to call it our home. He paid attention to details and answered all my questions. He encouraged me to ask and clarify any doubts through the process and he insisted “No question is a dumb question”.
We went through a bunch of properties, and he never tried to sell something or cut short. He was always patient and provided us with his valuable insight.
In the end once we found the perfect house, he made the process of buying easy to understand and simple.
His team was thorough , professional and resourceful. They were there at every step of the way and whole process was seamless.
